Polyether modified polysiloxane defoaming agent was prepared by using hydrogenous polysiloxane and polyether as starting material.Effects of different reaction conditions and blendings on the conversion and the defoming property were discussed.The optimum conditions had been confirmed as 100 ℃～105 ℃,reaction time 10 h～12h,the mole ratio of hydrogenous polysiloxane to polyether 1∶2.Under the optimum conditions the conversion can achieve higher than 80 %.The blend that contains 10 % mass fraction of silicone oils,2 % mass fraction of emulsifiers is compared with other foreign and the domestic products.
聚硅氧烷類消泡劑具有消泡迅速、抑泡時間長和安全無毒等特點,但它難溶于水,耐高溫、耐強堿性差;聚醚類消泡劑水溶性好,耐高溫、耐強堿性強,但其消泡速度和抑泡時間都不甚理想。通過縮合接枝在聚硅氧烷鏈上引入聚醚鏈,這種聚醚改性硅油類共聚物可改善溶解性,提高消泡效力,使之不僅兼有原兩類消泡劑的優點,而且還具有諸如逆溶解性強、自乳性好、化學穩定性和熱穩定性高等獨特優點,拓寬了聚硅氧烷類消泡劑的應用領域。目前,國外已有該類產品問世[1～3],但價格較高,而國內此類產品正處于研制階段。
