【摘要】同中國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域所有其他行業(yè)一樣，改革開放以來中國建筑業(yè)行業(yè)經(jīng)歷了一個高速發(fā)展的過程，建筑業(yè)全行業(yè)始終處于持續(xù)擴(kuò)張狀態(tài)，本文將從我國建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展成就，面臨的問題和挑戰(zhàn)三個方面來論述這種擴(kuò)張態(tài)勢下中國建筑行業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，同時深入分析當(dāng)前建筑業(yè)未來發(fā)展趨勢提出美好展望。

Abstract: With the Chinese national economy and all other industries, since the reform and opening up a Chinese construction industry experience of a high-speed development process, construction the industry continued expansion is always in the state, in this paper, the development of the construction industry achievements, issues and challenges of the three aspects to this paper discusses the construction industry expansion trend of the development of China's present situation, and analyze the future development trend of construction forward looking good.
